[hpsdr] PowerSDR + Ozy/Janus + Softrock TX/RX

Thanks Bill,
I'm a FW developer by trade so I realize it can't all be done at once.
I'm really pleased so far and I have every expectation that it's just
going to keep getting better and better. I'm working on an AN779L amp
from CCI at the moment so I can keep myself busy while I wait :-)
