[hpsdr] PowerSDR + Ozy/Janus + Softrock TX/RX

Hi Don,
The xmit support for the Soft Rock in the current Janus/Ozy modified
version of PowerSDR is likely to be a bit flakey - I did not really
test the Soft Rock xmit paths. I suspect there's a bit of work to be
done to make the J/O modified version work for xmit on a
SoftRock. Also probably have to do some work on how to handle the
T/R switching -- typically that is done with a com port on the PC -
clearly in the case of J/O we'd want to use one of the GPIO lines on Ozy.
I'll add Soft Rock xmit support to the list of things to do.
