[hpsdr] Mercury Verilog block diagram

Great to meet so many HPSDR group members at Dayton last week.

I've added a block diagram of the Mercury Verilog code to the Wiki at

This is the code that is running on the prototype board in the next image down. 

Still have some timing issues to solve but the basic receiver is now working.
