[hpsdr] min config - Q1+JANUS-OZY

Hi to All 

Just for info:

I tried and it interesting - very small subnotebook Samsung Q1 directly with PowerSDR 1.10.3+JANUS-OZY.
I have NP-Q1 model --- Celeron M 900Mhz 512 mb RAM
For voice-
I used HPSDR Janus-OZY ( 48 kHz) and VAC was MME - Microsoft sound mapper 11025 kHz. 
For SSB Built in Mic + Speaker Q1.Some delay of course . 

it WORK!  CPU 40-48%
If NO VAC - 37% CPU .
