[hpsdr] Receiver testing

I notice some people have jumped on the S5 dynamic range test. This sets off my BS detector as loud as the 6 smoke alarms in the house. All that does is mask problems at MDS and gives higher numbers. The S5 test is great if you only work S9 signals though.
  It doen't matter analog or digital testing should be real not some marketing scam to make a product look better. Both receiver configurations need to work on the same ham bands
  and should be tested the same.  gfz
