(A) Lots. There have been two complete speculative iterations
already. The pre-alpha is being targeted for 15 December, alpha on
15 April.

(B) In New Jersey, mostly, and North Vancouver, BC. A lot in the
UK. Some in Japan. Pennsylvania. Maryland.
