[hpsdr] Allen Array goes online today (Thursday Oct 11)

The heart and soul of a phased array is the common clock driving 
oscillators, samplers, etc.

Shows CNS clock (W2GPS)  based on Tom Clarks TAC (K3IO).  They recently 
evaluated the SRS Rubidium for me.

We will be making recommendations.  ;-).
