Hi,

I have made 1 slot for both cards so that I did not even realize that the
center of the connectors are off grid. Ist not a good shielding but you have
no problems to get the connectors in.
 
What me concerns more is that you have to make something like a top plate
which fixes the boards to 90° against the backplane and there is no
component free space at the (upper) edge of the boards provided where a
plastic comb or card gliders could fit in.
