Hi Chuck,
We sample at 122.88MHz since that divides evenly to standard sound card frequencies. This does need updating since we will be able to achieve 2MHz of displayed bandwidth using the current USB2 interface to the PC.

The Mercury page at http://hpsdr.org/mercury.html says:
"the board will contain it's own FPGA to undertake Digital Down Conversion (DDC) to 250 kSPS or less for transfer over the Atlas bus to the USB interface on the OZY board."
Earlier, I thought that the sampling rate goal was going to be much higher to allow the host PC to archive wider chucks of bandwidth like an entire ham, SW or AM (broadcast) band.
Is this just an old piece of information that needs correction? If so, what is the real target?
Chuck
