[hpsdr] Ozy Host?

thanks TAPR for the Boxing Day present
I have assembled the Atlas board but am getting off to a slow start

When I plugged in the Ozy, I got the "found new hardware" message and I directed Windows to libusb0 drivers and it seemed to install OK.

But I do not see "OZY Host Assisted Firmware Load" on my device manager as shown in the Janus/Ozy manual.
OZY has only the D12 LED illuminated.
And, of course, PowerSDR (26 Dec version, configured for HPSDR Mercury) gives an error message "Error starting HPSDR hardware..." when I try to start it.

What am I missing?
