[hpsdr] Ozy Host?

Ken:

Something is wrong with your USB driver.

You will see the "OZY Host Assisted Firmware Load" if it is installed 
correctly.
I would uninstall and reinstall the driver.  Make sure it is the version 
on the
SVN website, and not an original Flex radio driver.
It will appear under LibUSB-Win32 Devices. in the Device manager.

You must also be using a USB-2 port.
