Also, I have received emails about the current Flex pricing special and yes, I know Flex is running a 10% off special, making the new Flex 5000A $2519 instead of $2799... but Flex is out of stock for at least a month (from John). This is the best performing radio I've ever had my hands on, and the support is excellent. For anyone interested in any SDR gear in the commercial market, you can't get better than the Flex 5000A.

I hate to do it, but I've decided to make some changes in my life... so I'm selling everything in the shack. The one item that will be of interest here is my 6-month-old Flex 5000A. It was ordered on 6/20/08 and shipped shortly thereafter from the factory.

The radio does not have any options installed... no RX2, no tuner. Less than 15 minutes transmit time, 10 hours RX time or so total. Non-smoker household.

I paid $2800 for the radio, and I will sell it for $2500 plus shipping. Original boxes and cabling included. The factory warranty and support can be transferred for under $50 (not included). 

Shipping will be through your choice of Fed Ex (preferred) or UPS. Insurance is mandatory, not optional. You will pay only what the shipping center charges me. Payment methods accepted are Paypal (funded through 'Instant Bank Transfer' or against a credit card - no echeck please), or United States Postal Service money orders (note the $1000 per MO limit). No bank money orders or cashiers checks (too much fraud out there). I must have the funds in hand before I will ship the radio.

Also I have a Heil PR-781 new in the box (opened, looked at, put back in the box) that I will sell for $125, same terms. Never got the boom to be able to use it.
