"While not intended to be a LVDS bus, it should be adequate for clock
speeds up to 20-25 MHz."

ATLAS was not designed to carry high speed clock signals.  Any use
other than what it was designed for is at your own peril.

If you guys can get pass high speed clock signals across the bus at
122 MHz then good for you!
