[hpsdr] Mercury V2 FPGA code upgrade - beta testers wanted.

Hi,

I have assigned the new code to Mercury-EU.
After loading the Init_Done_LED is always on and the Debug-LEDs 1-3 are
blinking in sequence.
I see a noise spectrum with rolloff at 1/3 and 2/3 of the panadapter but
hear no audio.

Maybe my reassignment is wrong. I will check it again.
