[hpsdr] Testing Penelope

Hi Bill,
Thanks for the rapid answer and sorry for the trouble, but I was
confident in my mirophone wiring, and the problem was there!!
Now everything is fine, without the need of --ignore-pp-ptt, and audio
sounds great on a nearby receiver with the Heil PR781 in Penelope!
The next step is to follow Penelope with an old Kenwood TS50 power
amplifier and filters. It's a small bloc easily removable from the TS50,
I just modified it a little to be able to command the filters
commutation and the PTT from Penelope, and I think it will be a fine set!
Really nice and exciting project!
