Looks good Daniel.  Should be a good help to all.

One thing I noticed is that the "ignore-pp--ptt" statement should be  
deleted.
This is no longer needed as Bill KD5TFD fixed the PowerSDR code to  
stop Penelope from going into transmit on startup.

> At the very end of the text in Target: field add --ignore-pp-ptt
> The entire Target: field should then read:
> C:\HPSDR\PennyMerge\PowerSDR.exe --ignore-pp-ptt
