Looks good Daniel.  Should be a good help to all.

One thing I noticed is that the "ignore-pp--ptt" statement should be deleted.
This is no longer needed as Bill KD5TFD fixed the PowerSDR code to stop Penelope from going into transmit on startup.



At the very end of the text in Target: field add --ignore-pp-pttThe entire Target: field should then read:C:\HPSDR\PennyMerge\PowerSDR.exe --ignore-pp-ptt
