[hpsdr] Class e harmonics

All the guys I know running single ended amps quickly added another phase to help with harmonics. I started with Class D so it was natural for me to stick with push pull. 
  Some guys claim efficiency in the mid 90s but it takes a lot of derating to get there. Also a good driver. My 160 meter rig 14 IRF840s in push pull parallelruns about 90% at 300 watts carrier out. The 75 meter rig is a bit lower mostly due to the very hot output inductor.  frank
