Hi Ross,

great news! I assume you followed the procedure in the current manual, which I'm afraid to say is out of date. Although LibUSB will work, you can instead just download and install USBIO.exe from the Flex website < http://support.flex-radio.com/Downloads.aspx?id=50 >. This is the same software required to use the USB adapter for the SDR-1000.

Also, for PowerSDR you can use any of the recent releases of PowerSDR, which will allow you to select either Ozy for control, or Janus for Audio or both. If I am correct, these will not display the numbers you are referring to, which were there for debugging purposes during development.

I'm working on updating the manual to describe the new situation.

Hope this helps,

I have managed to get the Ozy Janus combo working with one of my SDR1000,s.
I worked out how to get the software into the system, and are running PowerSDR, at this stage using
  my Edirol sound card.
Next will be to set up the Janus board as the sound card.
The only "feeling" I have at this stage, is the SDR1000 appears to be slightly deaf.!!!
Not as "lively" as when the normal computer is used, but it is only a feeling.

Thanks to the writers for the very good documentation.

By the way, what do the numbers at the bottom of the PowerSDR screen indicate?

  Regards
  Ross

ps I assume I can remove the parallel cable at some stage.
