[hpsdr] Another Landmark for HPSDR

It was a rather long time in coming, but this afternoon this HPSDR 
discussion list reached 800 subscribers!

Unfortunately, we sometimes have members automatically unsubscribed 
due to such things as their mailbox being full for an extended period, 
or they change internet providers and forget to change their email 
address for the list.

I'd also like to mention that our "announce only" list has grown to 209 
members.  There are some duplications between lists, but you can see we 
now have about 1,000 interested people in the HPSDR project.  (The 
announce only list is very low volume -- a monthly "ping" and an 
occasional announcement like the one the other day about expressing 
interest in Mercury and Alex via the www.hamsdr.com website.)

Thanks to everyone on the list for making it one of most "well behaved" 
discussion lists on the internet.  The mutual respect shown to each 
other in discussions, the trimming of unnecessary quotes, and using a 
subject line appropriate to those who follow behind and try to find 
something in the archives ... all make it a good list!

FYI: list, web pages and wiki may be down for a brief period tonight (US 
time) around 0500-0600 UTC as our hosting company does some major 
changes of "routing tables".  Hopefully all will go well and we'll not 
notice any problems.
