[hpsdr] Penelope delivery

Hi all, 
  With temporary problems in contacting TAPR due to server meltdown, I am anxious because there is no sign of Penny delivery yet here in the UK. Anyone else had this problem?
   
  As a lurker, may I join the cries in support of the tech discussions - keep 'em coming!
