[hpsdr] OZY/Janus/Penny on Vista

Hi Bill,

I have uploaded the screenshots of initozy.bat to my webspace.
The pictures with the a are the messages from windows, and the pictures 
without letter are the shots from the initozy.bat dosbox.
So 1a belongs to 1.
