[hpsdr] Pheonix - Group buy of components

I gather that Richard, VK6BRO, is currently sending out Alpha PCBs to 
those who are going to build Phoenix boards.

Since some of the parts are difficult to come by in various parts of 
the world is there perhaps a builder in the US who would be willing to 
undertake a group buy of components?
