[hpsdr] Phoenix has landed!

My prototype Phoenix board arrived safely today in North Carolina.
Very nice work Richard!  My Hat's off to you!
Like Kevin, I am warming up the Rework station!!
Hope not to get any smoke on initial power up!!
Just checking details (measuing pads) prior to final part ordering.
Most of parts should be in hand by next week.
Will get part kits in mail about two weeks.
Will update on how it goes.
This is a fun time for Ham Radio.
