[hpsdr] My goodness Gracious - TAPR Letter!

I have been confused by some of the recent traffic.

 

As a lurker, for the most part, I have benefited greatly from contributors
from TAPR and HPSDR; my hat is off to all.  Your efforts are appreciated by
me and add greatly to my enjoyment of radio/electronics.  Three cheers.
