Bill,
  That is exactly my problem. Thank you!. I have not been able to use any version past 1.9 and wanted you SW wizzards to know so I won't freak out when the exciter doesn't run.
  I updated SVN over the weekend and will look for your file. 
  I wonder why nobody else has had this problem? I thought it was me. 
  Are you guys using different software? Frank WA1GFZ
