[hpsdr] Penelope/SDR1000 Transmit

[Hank Wolfla]

When I key the Penelope Software the SD1000 transmitter keys has power
output, as well as the Penelope.  How can I turn off the SDR1000 transmitter
when trying to key the Penelope transmitter.  The Penelope transmitter does
key, and works GREAT.  Thanks to everyone who has made this product
available.
