[hpsdr] Linux: Ozy/Janus SDR1000 control

Hi John,

As far as I know we don't have  SDR 1000 control code for Linux as 
yet.  The relevant C# code is Console\OzySDR1kControl.cs.   The notes 
I worked from to implement the FX2  side may be of some use in 
understanding what it does -- they're at:
