[hpsdr] Problems with PowerSDR software

Hi Bill

The AMD system was in a bit of a mess so I bit the bullet and reloaded  
XP from scratch and now the PowerSDR software and all the automatic  
uploads etc work fine.

I'm sorry to have wasted your time and thanks for your help.
