[hpsdr] Mercury Now Available for Ordering

Hi Scott,

Yes, it says https, but there is no little green bar in firefox
indicating the certificate is ok.

I guess it is, but it would be nice to see that.

I'm no security expert.  I'm just used to seeing the green bar.
