[hpsdr] SDR receiver measurements

Hi all,

I just finished a new round of measurements on SDR receivers.
I tested SDR-IQ, Perseus and QS1R. I hope to add HPSDR Mercury + Alex 
in the future, and test QS1R again when the preselector/preamplifier 
will be available.
This time I measured sensitivity, blocking dynamic range, IMD, 
spurious responses and phase noise of the LO.
