[hpsdr] My Penelope results

Dave,

I have a similar configuration.  If I remember correctly, I have my
boards in the order (l - r)
Janus - Ozzy - Penelope.  I'm pretty sure I have an empty slot between
each.  I haven't done too much experimentation with Penny yet but on
last try it was working - at least I could hear my SSB sigs on another
RX.
