[hpsdr] VS2008 again

I finally have VC2008 on my machine

 

Some time ago I snagged a version of PowerSDR for 2008 (non-HPSDR at this
point) but it has been long enough so I do not remember where I got it from
- 

 

In any case, just copying  the directory of that SVN branch into my projects
folder, then trying to open the project generates a bunch error messages and
of course trying to build the project gets more.

 

Could I ask for a little guidance about the VS setup and a pointer to the
latest source location?
