You'd typically use
VAC (http://software.muzychenko.net/eng/vac.html) as the sound card
for you digi mode programs and configure PowerSDR to use it. The
other way to go would be to use an existing sound card in the PC and
cable the sound output to Penelope and the sound input to Mercury.
