[hpsdr] PowerSDR Code compilation errors

Hi,

I am getting the following errors while compiling the HPSDR code:

Error      129         The type or namespace name 'Catalog' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)        E:\Projects\Work\PennyMerge\PennyMerge\Console\GUI\database.cs           264                44           PowerSDR
