Hi Ed,

The 100uF, 10V caps are Kemet part number B45196H2107M409.

The DigiKey part number is 495-2224-2-ND and they are in stock.

The +5V rail maximum current is 2A or 15W regulator dissipation, 
whichever comes first. At 13.8V input and 2A output, regulator 
dissipation is 8.8W and resistor R6 dissipation is also 8.8W.

At this level, I would recommend some airflow over the heat sink.

Remember that LPU was designed as an interim step until Demeter is 
completed. It may not be beefy enough to power all future boards.
