[hpsdr] Complete HPSDR tcvr psu

Like Ron I have just finished re-boxing my rig in a cheap Futura 250 midi 
tower. Manged to get Atlas with Pen/Merc/Ozy, HPF/LPF set and 100w amp in 
the lower half.  A  Zotac GF8200 mini ITX with the new cheap Athlon X2 240 
goes in mid section with the PS in its normal space.

I an wondering how I can reset the Atlas cards  when its all powered on a 
single supply. This looks to be a problem in Rons set up??
