[hpsdr] New problem

Hi all

Up until recently I have had no problems with Mercury. I have religiously
kept up with all of the updates and had no problems until I downloaded
update 3338 or one there abouts. Now I can not receive anything in the low
frequency range. The broadcast band contains a lot of background 'hash' and
can barely hear any stations. Things seem to get better at about 80 meters
on up.  I made no changes to the hardware but I did try moving the cards to
different slots but that did not solve the problem.
I even removed penelope and still the problem persists.

I was hoping that some subsequent updates would resolve the problem but so
far the problem persists. My apologies if a correction update is on its way.

I checked all of my connections and everything seems okay.
