[hpsdr] multiple receivers - is it really nesesary

This application of array phasing can be done for transmit also.  To
expand the concept, the antenna array can be spread over many miles with
the addition of accurate time sync with GPS signals.

For the individual ham however, being able to accurately rotate a phased
array antenna would be awesome even if the antenna array is only 50-100
feet across.

Another application that I am interested in would be multiple operators
sharing a single PA and antenna system during an event like Field Day. 
The site engineering for a multi op station becomes mostly a software
project.
