[hpsdr] multiple receivers - is it really necessary

Another use of multiple receivers is for 4G ALE systems.
Rather than scanning like 2G and 3G systems do each 
station can listen to all the allocated channels simultaneously.
This allows almost instantaneous link establishment.
Reduces collisions and provides much greater propagation
information as no traffic / sounds are missed due to 
scanning. 

I noticed on the hf industries site www.hfindustry.com 
that companies like Harris are starting to look at this type 
of thing. 

Not exactly Amateur but a use of multiple receivers.
