[hpsdr] Mercury grumbling

Hi Chris.

Has any version of PowerSDR + Ozy/Merc/Penelope worked on your 
setup?  Can you tell us some more on your setup ... computer speed, 
memory, OS levels etc?   What sampling rate are you running?  Do the 
symptoms change when running different sampling rate?

Is it just SSB  voice that sounds wrong, or do single tones also sound wrong?
