[hpsdr] PTT Shortcut keyboard sequence request

Well ya learn something new everyday.  FB -- no wishlist item needed 
for this one.  Thanks for the info Joe.

BTW -- where did you get the .XLS file .. maybe a link on the wiki to 
it is in order.
