[hpsdr] Pennywhistle connections to Penelope

I will appreciate advice on what appears to me as an error on page 5 of the 
manual where it shows the connections from the DB25 connector to the control 
connector on Pennywhistle.  It shows pin 13 on DB25 connected to pin 1 on 
Pennywhiste marking it as Bias Control when in fact pin one is Gnd-I think 
it should be pin 2.

I think I have smoked the FET on Penelope that controls PTT as PTT is now 
always on.

Can anyone tell me the FET number(Q1) so I may obtain a replacement?

PS I think another small error in the manual is on page 10 4th para where it 
refers to C12 which should read C21.
