[hpsdr] SVN on the wiki (was: Re: Proposal for a new Software project.)

I integrated your SVN contents list into the page on 'How to use SVN'.
Please check to make sure I have not introduced any errors.

Would it be good to add a svn: link to each? (or at least to the active
ones)?
