Yes, I have tons of space as well. Mirror sites sounds like a good idea. 
Dreamhost also has a "Files Forever" option where folks keep files used 
for purchase/downloading. I've never looked into it, though. I always 
got the feeling it was for commercial use.

I'll offer space for either file mirrors or for hosting.
