[hpsdr] IP port number for HPSDR

Is there a preferred port number for HPSDR.

I am planning to stream the EP4 data over my Gigabit
Ethernet and I was wondering if we have a preferred port 
number for this sort of thing.

Also if anyone else is working on something similar I would
like to know as I don't want to duplicate work that is already 
being done.

There was some discussion of this a while back.
