[hpsdr] CCI BB transformers

I found the company CCI gets their transformers from.  Just search on BB transformers and in will come up. This would be a way to eliminate a middle man. You want to stick with type 61 ui=125 to hit 6 meters. Type 43 is quite lossy at 50 MHz.
