[hpsdr] ModelSim 6.5 available from AMSAT

All at HPSDR,

Especially for those taking Kirk Weedman's Verilog course, the full version
of ModelSim is available courtesy of AMSAT for educational (non-commercial)
use. The only hitch is that to run the program you must be connected to the
Internet for access to the license server.

As of today the new Version 6.5 is available. Contact me if you are
interested in downloading and using this new release of ModelSim. Let me
know what operating system and version you are using, and if it is 32-bit or
64-bit.
