[hpsdr] Verilog class video format

Hello Kirk,
could you be so kind to create a mp4-file with lecture #7?
>From this format I am able to print out the presentation slides. With
the wave-file it is not possible.
When I am recapitulating the lecture, it easier to use the paper instead
of the video. - I am still not used to the paperless office. HI.
