[hpsdr] VMs and USB2

Hi Bill

I'm using 2nd Feb at the moment so I guess that doesn't have the extra
thread. I'm going to do some experiments and see if I can figure out
what the problem is - no guarantee - I'm not good at this low level
stuff!
